Bespoke Jewellery FAQs

What is bespoke jewellery?

We provide you with a personal bespoke service for all your jewelry needs, be it for personal milestones, special occasions or for long term investment.

All our bespoke jewellery will have a design concept with a practical element to it so that our client can wear it to fit his/her needs.

What is the bespoke process?

  1. Enquiry - Send us an enquiry form that gives us an idea of what you are looking for! Gemstone preference, kind of jewellery you want to make, and a budget for us to work with.
  2. Consultation - We will then have a consultation session (online or offline) with you where we listen to you and get a better understanding of your requirements.
  3. Gemstone Selection - We will also show you some gemstones that fit your requirements for you to select.
  4. Design first step - Post consultation, we will send you a few design directions for you.
  5. Design 2nd step - We will then provide you with 3 design options with the stone of your choice. You can pick from the 3 options and then tweak it a bit.
  6. Sign off Design - We will finalise the design with you by providing a 3D drawing and have it signed off to proceed to crafting the piece.
  7. Jewellery in the making - 15-30 working days based on the kind of jewellery.
  8. Ready to pick up!

How much does it cost?

The final price of the piece depends on the stone selected but to make it easier for you, here's a breakdown of the cost.

  1. Gemstone cost - from US$1,000+

Rubies and sapphires generally will start from around US$1,500 for a 0.5ct-0.75ct stone and upwards.

Spinels can vary based on the colour. Can start from $500+.

2. Design cost - We charge a flat US$250 for designing which is then deducted when you order your jewellery with us.

3. Jewellery cost - Depends on the design selected. This is because diamonds and other side stones may be involved in the design which will add additional surcharge. If you opt for a simple 4 prong setting with diamonds on the band, that will start from around US$500.

Overall, you can get a ring made starting from US$1,500. Earrings will start from around US$2,500.

Since our jewellery is custom-made to fit your needs, we don't accept returns.
